Job Description:
TietoEVRY is seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role with 2 years of experience, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing essential support to our account management team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining and growing client relationships - Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients - Manage and update client information in the CRM system - Assist in the resolution of client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Support the development and implementation of account plans and strategies - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strategic planning skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
