Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Glue Collaboration, a leading software company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients regarding account inquiries and issues. - Conduct research to better understand client needs and provide customized solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. - Use emotional intelligence to de-escalate conflicts and maintain positive client relationships. - Assist in training new team members on account support processes and procedures. - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement. - Monitor customer accounts for any irregularities or potential issues.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. - Proven experience in a customer service or account support role for a minimum of 3 years. - Strong research capabilities and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. - Excellent emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism. - Confidence in communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Must be adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
