Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team at Bittium in Helsinki, FI. As an entry-level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance to our account management team and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist with account maintenance, including updating contact information and monitoring account activity - Prepare reports and presentations for account managers to use in client meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Passion for providing exceptional client service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
