Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Qt Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality support to clients, partners, and colleagues. 2. Assist with account management tasks, including creating and maintaining client accounts. 3. Work closely with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Conduct negotiations with clients to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the technology industry is a plus. 7. Negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
