Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

HMD Global is seeking a dedicated Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts 2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions 3. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Assist clients with product recommendations, troubleshooting, and training as needed 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction 7. Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for account growth 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to clients

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role 3. Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills 4. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning abilities 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
