Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Louhia is seeking a motivated and confident Call Center Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in call center or customer service roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Provide information about products and services - Process orders and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
