Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and assistance to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with software products - Assisting customers with account management, subscription renewals, and other administrative tasks - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Contributing to the improvement of call center processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support - Resourcefulness in solving problems and answering inquiries efficiently - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and call center technologies is a plus
