Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and driven Call Center Assistant to join our team at UPM-Kymmene in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to individuals seeking information or assistance - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to gather feedback - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the company's database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills to identify trends or patterns in customer inquiries - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus - A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company - Fluent in both Finnish and English
