Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Raisio plc, a leading company in the Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI area. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers - Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Prior experience working remotely is a plus
