Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Valmet is currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strategic planning and time management skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
