Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Lean Entries, a leading data management and consulting company, is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about products and services. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues. 3. Document all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist in analyzing call data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.

Requirements: 1. Motivated individual who can work independently and under minimal supervision. 2. Excellent leadership skills to guide customers and provide exceptional service. 3. Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer calls. 4. Previous experience in a customer service role is required. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
