Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Call Center Associate to join our team at Spectral Engines in Helsinki. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to achieve our goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Update customer records and databases accurately - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed targets - Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities - Contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Availability to work part-time hours - High school diploma or equivalent
