Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Rovio Entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high customer satisfaction ratings and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure that customer needs are met - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet individual and team performance goals - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent persuasion and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Visa sponsorship available
