Call Center Associate - Work from home

Ponsse is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or product information. - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or surveys. - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. - Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality standards set by the company. - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Take part in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
