Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description: Aiven is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of call center agents, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep agents motivated and informed - Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in call center management with a minimum of 6 years - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Project management and creativity soft skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software
