Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Neles, a leading industrial company in Turku, is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team. We are looking for a confident and resourceful individual with at least 8 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure high performance levels - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
