Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Elliptic Labs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center representatives, providing coaching, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports for management review. 4. Implement strategies to increase productivity and minimize call wait times. 5. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 8. Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on call center performance.


Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Hardworking and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proven research and strategic planning abilities. 6. Knowledge of call center software and technologies. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
