Job Description:
HMD Global is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at our location in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, with a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the call center operations. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the team meets or exceeds performance goals. 3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of call center agents to deliver exceptional customer service. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 5. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in call center management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls. 5. Strong leadership and team-building skills. 6. Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
