Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team at Neste in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center and ensuring that our customer service representatives are providing top-notch service to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who is resilient, hardworking, and has at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize call center operations to meet and exceed performance goals. 2. Train and coach customer service representatives to ensure they are providing excellent service to our customers. 3. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the call center. 4. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 6. Soft skills in research and creativity. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
