Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


As a Call Center Manager at TietoEVRY in Turku, Varsinais-Suomi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of our call center team. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and response times - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the call center - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Train and coach call center staff to enhance their performance and skills - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all call center employees - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Resilient and passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven experience in call center management - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
