Job Description: As a Call Center Manager at Qt Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote call center team. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, who is energetic and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. 4. Train, mentor, and coach call center agents to improve their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to call center agents. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in a call center management role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing a remote call center team. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems. 7. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
