We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Call Center Manager to join our team at Relex Solutions. This position is a part-time role that allows you to work from home, providing the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the operations of the call center, ensuring excellent customer service and performance metrics are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the call center - Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns - Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with call center software and technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Personality traits: motivated, resourceful - Soft skills: cooperation, negotiation
