Job Description:
Lean Entries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our call center operations and ensuring the smooth running of the team. This role requires a high level of adaptability and dedication, as well as strong project management skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and performance - Monitor call center metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives - Implement training programs to develop the skills of call center staff - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
