Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Finnlines is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland on a part-time basis. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information - Handling customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in the company database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Finnish and English
