Job Description:
KONE Corporation is seeking a hardworking and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates. 3. Record accurate and detailed information in the customer database. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. 6. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 3. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must be a hardworking and energetic individual with a passion for customer service.
