Call Center Officer

Varjo Technologies is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service standards. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 3. Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
