Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description: Kamux is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Gather and document customer information accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptable and motivated with a positive attitude - Creativity and people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
