Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Process orders and provide order status updates to customers. 5. Maintain accurate customer records in the database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues. 8. Participate in strategic planning meetings to improve call center operations. 9. Meet or exceed call center metrics and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically. 4. Must be reliable and able to work independently. 5. Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center technology is a plus.
