Call Center Officer - Work from home

We are currently seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team at Cargotec. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and overall success of the call center
