Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Kesko is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle customer complaints - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Must be dedicated, hardworking, and committed to delivering exceptional service to customers
