Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Lean Entries is seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or issues. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys. 3. Providing information about products or services and processing orders over the phone. 4. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Updating customer information in the database accurately. 6. Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals. 7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication and listening skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 6. Planning and innovation soft skills. 7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
