Call Center Representative

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, dedicated, possess strong people management skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service - Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and targets - Handling customer inquiries via email and online chat platforms - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage difficult situations with tact and empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
