Job Description:
Elisa Corporation is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity is encouraged and innovation is celebrated.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Input and update customer information in the company database. 5. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
