Call Center Representative

Job Description:

MariaDB is currently seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services - Following up on customer calls to ensure satisfaction and promote customer retention - Working as part of a team to achieve call center targets and goals - Using persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Providing timely and accurate information to customers through various communication channels - Maintaining a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM software and call center technology - Persuasion skills to promote products or services to customers - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
