Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Finnlines is currently seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Representative to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide customers with accurate information regarding Finnlines services and products - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and resolve conflicts - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Finnlines offerings and promotions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated with a positive attitude towards customer service - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Fluency in Finnish and English is required - Must be available to work part-time and flexible hours as needed
