Remote Call Center Representative

Metsä Group is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong decision-making and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide support and assistance to customers with their inquiries and concerns. 3. Collect and record customer information accurately. 4. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 5. Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a quiet home office environment with high-speed internet connection. 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
