Call Center Representative

Job Description:

ZenRobotics is seeking a driven and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a part-time entry-level role, this position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence, in order to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with inquiries or issues. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Maintain customer records and update database with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer inquiries. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Must be fluent in Finnish and English.
