Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Tamturbo is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Demonstrate strong people management skills when handling difficult or escalated calls - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality and efficiency

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
