Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Varjo, a leading virtual reality technology company based in Espoo, Finland. As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Reliable and resourceful with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and strong project management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
