Call Center Representative - Work from home

YIT Corporation, a leading construction company based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to work from home on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Following company scripts and guidelines when handling different scenarios - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets
