Job Description:
Olvi, a leading beverage company based in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 4. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and achieve goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency with computer programs and systems. 6. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and targets.
