Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist at Nightingale Health, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This is a work from home position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, and is part-time with an entry-level seniority requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or provide updates. 3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills. 6. Demonstrating dedication and energy in every customer interaction. 7. Using creativity and presentation skills to engage customers and provide personalized solutions.
