Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Hilton. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and concerns. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with customers over the phone and via email. 4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing reservations and updating customer information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to Hilton's policies and procedures to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence in hospitality.


Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. 3.
