Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Assistant at 10Monkeys, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through our chat support platform. Your main responsibility will be to assist our customers with any inquiries they may have regarding our products or services. This will involve answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate department.

In addition to providing support, you will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions with customers. This includes demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help. You will need to be able to think creatively to come up with solutions to customer problems and have a high level of emotional intelligence to handle potentially difficult situations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Reliable and motivated attitude - Strong creativity and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
