Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team at F-Secure. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, you will be responsible for providing high-quality chat support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a hardworking and confident personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use decision-making and planning skills to prioritize tasks and address customer needs effectively - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and confident personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support tools and technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
