Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and independent with strong soft skills in persuasion and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide technical support for our products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and chat support software - Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
