Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

KONE Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Fluent in English and Finnish.
