Omocom is seeking a reliable and energetic Chat Support Assistant to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through chat. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build rapport with customers and provide personalized support to enhance their experience. 3. Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to promote products and services to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 3. Persuasion and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. 7. Proficiency in written communication in English.
