Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Canatu, a leading technology company based in Turku, Finland, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Chat Support Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with an associate level of seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues - Assist with customer onboarding and training, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights from customer interactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Planning skills to stay organized and deliver timely responses to inquiries

Personality Traits: - Motivated to provide excellent customer service - Driven to achieve and exceed performance targets

Soft Skills: - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer issues - Planning to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
