Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Solita is seeking a passionate and resilient Chat Support Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of customer concerns - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes - Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high quality responses

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and exceed expectations - A passion for helping others and a desire to provide exceptional service - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues
